Our founder holds a Master’s in Embedded Systems Engineering and began her career as an Assistant Professor before becoming a Certified Soft Skills Trainer. With over 15 years of professional experience in Dubai, she has worked closely with individuals, educators, families, and organisations, designing practical, people-centred learning experiences that develop confident leaders, high-performing teams, and create lasting organisational impact.
